Suddenly no one gets MMS photos i send (their screen's blank). i sent one to myself and it worked. it doesn't matter what carrier they have. my tech support (verizon) said it was an issue with the other carriers. i read through other posts here, took the battery out for 30 seconds, to no avail. any suggestions? thanks.

What about when their carrier is Verizon?

Response by poster: hi axiom.
nope, they didn't get it either, which makes no sense because, as i wrote, when i sent it to myself (over verizon) it worked fine. hmmm...

Call tech support again. If they can't help you, tell them you want a trouble ticket put in. It might take a week or two but they will get back to you.

Best answer: Sending to yourself might not actually be going over the network. The phone probably knows when 'self' is a recipient and doesn't bother trying to send to itself, merely making it seem so internally. Call the tech support back and simply say that your phone can't send MMS messages to anyone, full stop. Sounds like something's borked with the phone, though, so might be time for a replacement.
