Spanish speaking preschools in Minneapolis

Anyone know of Spanish language pre-schools appropriate for 3 year olds in Minneapolis?
We're moving to Minneapolis St. Paul area from Peru with an almost 3yr old who speaks predominantly Spanish and we want to find a high quality pre-school program taught primarily in Spanish. The main objective is to allow him to socialize with other children from the start without having a language barrier--our feeling is the move will be tough enough on him and having "peer" contact in his accustomed language will help ease the transition. The more educational the better but any regular gathering of Spanish speaking children would work. We've found Rayitos del Sol and the Joyce pre-school online already and would appreciate input on those programs and/or any others people may be aware of in the area. Thanks a lot
