Nashville Daycares?

What are some good daycares in Nashville? And how far ahead do I have to reserve a space? (I'm not even pregnant yet, just thinking ahead.) Do people reserve spaces at more than one place?

I live near 100 Oaks and work in the Hillsboro area. Recommendations, and also warnings of bad experiences, both appreciated.

Best answer: My experience with daycares, having worked in a few, is that you have to actually have the child in order to reserve a spot on the waitlist. Good to be thinking ahead, but until the child is born, you can't reserve a space anyway.

And yes, people reserve spaces at multiple centers. You do need to have a back up plan if your ideal center is one that operates with a long waiting list.

If you get pregnant, then call the daycares. You might not be able to reserve an actual space, but you should be able to get on the waiting list. They should find out you're pregnant before most of your friends do.
