Keurig pod coffee maker does not suck water from reservoir. Ways to fix?
Me and two coworkers relocated and trucked our households on a two day drive. My friend has a Keurig coffee maker, the one cup type that takes those pods. When she hooked the machine up for the first time, it vibrated more than usual and fails to suck any water from the reservoir which she loads into the machine itself. Our boss also relocated and had one of those things herself. Her unit leaks because the water in the line froze overnight en route. So I am thinking that either the water in my roommate's machine froze and broke something, or something jarred loose inside the thing. I especially think that because of the vibration and because this one does not have a leak like the one my boss has.
Does anyone know how to identify the problem or to get the water to be sucked again? She does not know if her machine is still under warranty.
