Where are the baking supply stores in Vancouver

What are some good cooking/baking/candy supply stores in Vancouver? More specifications under the cut.
I'm looking for a few specific things:
- tablespoon ice cream scoop
- foil candy cups
- lollipop sticks
- candy thermometer
- good quality couverture chocolate and baking chocolate
- various candied fruits: orange peel, ginger, etc
I realise you can find most of these things in some department store or supermarket, but I usually have to visit 5 different stores before I find what I'm looking for. Lack of personal transport and time leads me to seek one (or more) go-to supply store. This magic store should be functional and affordable - no overpriced dinosaur cocktail stirrers - and located in downtown/east Van, N. Burnaby or S. Burnaby (Metrotown area). Thanks very much!

I can't give you a magic store, but I know there's a lot of small sweet shops out in Little-India (South Main street, between ... 40th and 50th or so).

Galloway's used to be downtown, perhaps not now. Phone them and they might give you a more local supplier.

Galloway's left Denman a long time ago. I am not sure if their Richmond store is open to the public or not
Gourmet Warehouse is a great place to go. Barring that, try the Superstore at Metrotown.

Gourmet Warehouse is probably your best bet for the items you are looking for.
Ming Wo is also good, but I don't think they sell any ingredients.
Please post back here if you find a good source for chocolate.

If you want awesome chocolate, findango, pick up the 300 gram President's Choice brand extra dark chocolate bar (also comes in milk chocolate, with hazelnuts, or almonds) at Superstore or Extra Foods. $3.49 for 300 grams (10.58 ounces) is a steal. Made in France, with real vanilla. Better than the expensive Swiss bars with fake vanilla.
