Workout tops for short girls?

Are there brands that make workout tops suitable for short girls?
I'm 5'1" but reasonably curvy. All the fitted workout tops I own are too long and therefore too tight on the hips, so they ride up on my rather short waist and require constant adjustment. Buying a size up doesn't solve the problem - then they're just too baggy everywhere else. Can anyone recommend a brand - online or otherwise - that sizes tops for petites? (Lots of places seem to offer pants with shorter inseams, but not tops.)
This would be for the usual gym stuff, but also needs to be suitable for Pilates and yoga, where t-shirt+sports bra+headstand simply will not do. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately I've never seen any workout tops specifically sized for petites, and a lot of yoga/workout clothing companies make their tops on the long side.
I have a feeling that if anyone could help you find something, it's Title Nine - I'm not sure what they've got in the way of petite tops, but they have generally excellent customer service and are used to answering size/fit questions over the phone.

I am 5' and a 32 D, and I can't say enough good things about Lululemon's tops, especially for yoga. I do have to wear several sizes larger than street clothes. Good support and very... trustworthy, heh. Pro tip: buy colors that are going out of season and you will save a bundle.

I'd recommend lucy. Like lululemon, they pride themselves on having sizes for all women. Also, just as noted by fiercecupcake, wait for a sale with this "premium" sportswear stores. Shoot... I like to look cute when I work out but sheez, I don't want to spend a fortune on something I will sweat like a pig in for an hour at a time.

Are there good options for men doing yoga as well? I'm tired of having my shirts fly into my face whenever I'm inverted.
