Posting an ASOFAI or Westeros Fan-Fic?

How best to invoke the wrath of G.R.R. Martin by posting a fan-fic online?

I know I shouldn't, he doesn't want me to, but I'm a gonna anyways. Is there a site that's receptive to ASOFAI fan-fics in particular, or Westeros fanfic in general? It's his own damn fault for waiting so long between novels or Dunc-and-Egg stories, I went ahead and filled in the gaps my own self. Yes, harmful to my growth as a writer, a deadly peril to mass-marketed corporate blah, yadda yadda yadda. Still, I wrote it, now I wanna post it somewhere, moral and aesthetic issues aside. Where and how?

Try Fanfic net. Be aware that we call it the Pit of Voles for a reason. http://www.fanfiction.net/

FFN nukes fic when the original author has expressed strong views on the subject.

If you want it to reach a biggish number of readers without disappearing, you're probably going to need one of the approval only mailing lists or closed Livejournal communities.

Write a Sandkings fanfic. That ought to get his attention real quick.

Livejournal? There are lots of GRRMverse-centric communities there, and as a bonus, GRRM himself has a LJ.
