"Get out of my head, disembodied voice!"

What are some movies in which the main character shares his head space with another (unseen) entity?
To clarify, the main character often hears this entity's voice and mentally or verbally interacts with it, and the audience hears the ensuing dialog going on in his head.
It can be someone with a split personality, or an implanted chip, or demon possession, whatever. But it's key that it be a movie, and that we HEAR rather than SEE the the other entity that is riding around in this character's mind.
I'm curious as to how this type of thing has been handled before on film. I can't think of any "Who are you and what are you doing in my head?!" sequences in movies, though I'm sure there are some. Thanks for answering this random-ass question!

Best answer: "All of Me," though Lilly Tomlin shows up in mirrors and the like.
"Breaking the Waves," where the other entity is God.
"Harvey"?

Best answer: The little kid in The Shining, if you discount the finger.
Stranger Than Fiction, though we see Emma Thompson's point-of-view, Will Ferrell doesn't see her until he meets her in real life.

Best answer: Stranger Than Fiction, "An IRS auditor suddenly finds himself the subject of narration only he can hear: narration that begins to affect his entire life, from his work, to his love-interest, to his death." The conceit goes through the entire movie, and there's definitely some of those "Who are you, and what are you doing in my head" moments.

OK, not a movie, but there's a whole storyline in Farscape where John has Scorpius in his head, although you do "see" John and Scorpius interacting, it's all in John's mindscape. Yeah, I'm a nerd. Pretty dramatic ep where he gets rid of him too.

12 Monkeys
For part of the movie, Bruce Willis's character hears a voice in his head that might be him hallucinating and might not. There's a homeless guy in the film who sounds just like the voice, though.

Very funny scene in Real Genius where this happens, via technological means.
Also, well, Star Wars, aka Episode IV: A New Hope. "Use the Force, Luke."

Best answer: there's a great B-movie from the late 80s called Nomads starring Pierce Brosnan & Adam Ant(!!) - the main character, Brosnan, is an anthropologist who finds the strange tales of "wanderers" he heard about out "in the field" are not fable, but are, in fact, deadly reality - dunh dunh duuuunhhh!!
the entire movie, though, supposedly happens through the possessed consciousness of the nurse who treats Brosnan when he's brought into her hospital after being attacked by the "wanderers" - he shouts his entire memory into her ear & afterwards she can do nothing but remember his memories
cool flick...
