How do I cycle through windows of the same app in Snow Leopard?

In prior OSX's, if you have two windows open of, say, Safari, you could hit Apple+` to flip through them. Snow Leopard seems to have broken that. How can I get it back?

Best answer: Hmm, not having any problems here. If you open the Keyboard system preferences and check the keyboard shortcuts for Keyboard & Text Input, is 'Move focus to next window in application' there, checked, and still set to command-`?
