Harry Potter premiere tickets?

Tickets to the premiere of Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows?

A young friend of mine really really really wants to attend the premiere of Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows and I would love to help make her dream come true. How does an ordinary muggle go about finding tickets to such an event?

(I realize that the movie isn't coming out 'til November 2010 but I figured a headstart might help)

Knowing WHICH premiere would be a good start. :-) I think there are premieres in several cities that are considered official.

Bear in mind that there are going to be Part I and Part II movies made for this massive tome.
