Phone Log Recommendations

Can anyone recommend a free download of phone log software for OS-X? I've done due diligence in searching the web and found nothing. If indeed there is nothing, I may be able to persuade my boss to buy something. So, recommendations for a purchase are appreciated as well.

Most "phone logs" I've seen - from my pbx, voip provider, and land line provider are simply .csv files.
Free software that I use to manipulate them and extract data includes (the Spreadsheet in) OpenOffice.org and various tools you'll find on the OS X command line including grep, awk, & wc amongst others.
Whether these are useful to you will depend on the format of your log and what you want to do with it.
