Synonym for indebted, beginning with E

I need a synonym for 'indebted' that begins with E.
I was recently working on arguments against the Triple-E Senate, and rhetorically it would be nice if I had a word, beginning with E, that meant something along the lines of "indebted to those who funded their campaign".
Of course, since it is just a rhetorical play on words, I would prefer the word to not be too obscure, although Canadian slang is fine. And multiple-word constructs are ok.
Any ideas, oh great Hive mind?

Best answer: Easily-purchased. Enmeshed. Embroiled in controversy.

Entrenched? I.e. they're beholden to entrenched interests?

I don't think you'll find anything memorable with three E's, which is the whole point of using an alliterative term like that. Combat the 3 E's with the 3 I's.
Indebted, ineffective and impeachable.

First thing that popped into my head was "eternally grateful," but I'm not sure that fits in with the whole Triple-E concept. So, perhaps some variation on this, i.e. "eternally [appropriate word here]"?

Best answer: how about phrasing it like this: (E)ndebted?

I'd just go with 'eviscerated'-- made completely gutless by big campaign contributions.

Well if you were going to do that, you could use indentured.
