Bright Green Bathrobes

I didn't think this would be my first post, but I'm in a jam. I need half a dozen bright green bath robes and I need them by Tuesday. Not hunter, forest, sage or dark ... but a bright or kelly green, like the "Y" in Ebay. Preferably under $75 with shipping. I foolishly though (G/Fr)oogle would save me, easy. But these are harder to find than I thought.

Get a bunch of cheap white ones from your nearest cheap white bathrobe dispensery, get a bunch of salt from your nearest a-lot-of-salt dispensery, get a bunch of bright green machine dye from your nearest place that sells clothing dye. Spend a few hours praying to the washing machine gods.

If you're going to follow up on armoured-ant's suggestion, just do one bathrobe or even the belt from it as a test.

And I'm trying to imagine why you would need six kelly green bathrobes.

chemoboy, do you want them to be under $75 each, or $75 for all of them? I found some kelly green ones for $50 each if you buy 6.

Sorry, I lied. The color referred to monogramming options.

Call these people as soon as they open. They do custom bathrobes and are really helpful. They might be able to get bright green from their suppliers.

If they can't help you, plan B is dyeing the white ones.

Try close out stores. Sears, for example, has fashion clearance centers, where you'll often find things in ugly colours at cheap prices.

I have to ask: Why?

Not sure if these fit the bill or not, but they come in "Lime."

Ooh, rorycberger's robes look just like the 'y' in eBay!

Some of us aren't naturally as brightly coloured :)

BathrobesOnline has lots of options but I don't see Kelly Green... (WTF? I have work to do! Dang addictive AskMeFi...)

Response by poster: The solution was at Sears. $28 Kelly Green bath robe. No links to this product online.

What do I need them for? An embarassing work video that, hopefully, will never find it's way onto the Internets.
