Hair Colorist Paris

Can anyone recommend an American-style colorist in Paris?

I have now had three rounds of bad highlights in Paris. Other expats I know complain of the same thing. The level of hair coloring skills in Paris is behind the times. They do not take into account your skin and eye color. There is no subtlety and a tendency toward redness. Bad. Bad. Bad. There must be someone here who can give me what I got back in the states--subtle, non-orangey, highlights. I got compliments from the first colorist on the highlights I had when I arrived and asked for the same, but the colorist didn't have a clue how to give me that. Language is not an issue; I speak French. I've even brought in photos of myself with the right color, but no one at three expensive salons could even come close to a bad highlight job in the states.

Contact the consulate or any expat social group and see if you can find any American stylists - surely there must be some!
