Usability testing software

Software for simple usability tests.

I need to do some website usability tests with close to zero budget. I don't have a lab, or cameras, or much of anything except a few laptops.
Is there software that can record a user's screen, including the mouse pointer, and record at the same time the user's face and voice via webcam and mic? Some sort of interface to be able to play back screen and face in sync would be appreciated. Free is also nice.

Check out Uservue and Morae software. Not free software, but both have free trials.

I just oversaw a test with an agency that used Silverback. I was impressed how simple and powerful it was. Mac only.

Seconding Silverback, it's an amazing piece of software and not terribly expensive ($50, I think).

Seconding Morae. I took a usability class a year ago and the instructors recommended it. It's far from free, though - about $1,500 - but as Kololo said, there is a free trial.

I like Ovo at ovolabs.com.

There's also the Noldus product The Observer.
