Itunes to Ipod

I have two movies in Itunes that won't transfer to my Ipod (Classic) when I sync it; however I can watch both in Itunes.
One of the movies is an MPEG-4 video file and the other is a Quicktime movie file. The former was converted through Handbrake, but not the latter.

Did you try through iTunes -> Advanced -> Create iPod or iPhone Version?

Do they fit the video playback specs of the iPod classic?
The MPEG-4 section:
MPEG-4 video, up to 2.5 Mbps, 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Simple Profile with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats.
I believe you can check the media info in Quicktime (Get Into) or VLC (Stream info).
