Where can I get packages made for shipping books?

Where can I find packages designed to house books?

You know those packages you get from Amazon or BN that are designed solely for books? The ones that aren't really boxes, that you open up with a lid? They look like this.

Anyone know where I can order some of these? I got some books I need to get rid of/donate/etc.
