Where can I find a lamp socket (like this one) but in brass?

Those are ceramic for a reason. What are you trying to do exactly?

Me thinks if you google with "lamp holder" rather than socket , you will have better luck.

I tried a few, but no luck.

That picture is not a lamp socket, it's a "ceiling mount light bulb socket". Usually they're ceramic, as it's non-conductive. Not sure where you could get a brass one. Could you get a ceramic one and paint it?

Here's one that is square and costs $350 from some foofy designer. If I were you I'd seriously consider some primer and brass-colored spray paint.

Caveat (FWIW): Mask-off the socket hole before applying the metallic spray paint.

This guy has a few old vintage style ones you might like on ebay. They're reasonably priced.
