Babysitting Co-op documents?

Anyone have an electronic or online version of The Smart Mom's Guide to Babysitting Co-ops?

I'm in a babysitting co-op wherein we use points to keep track of hours that we've sat for each other's kids, and we use a bank. We currently just either email or call to set things up, and use a secretary to keep track of points. But we have some human error issues, and we're too busy/lazy /unskilled to program a solution. Any kind of document, google hack, template, workflow ideas appreciated.

It's probably overkill but there is open sourcesoftware for LETS (Local Exchange Trading Schemes) that might be useful. Uniletim looks like it might be the most suitable from a quick look. They have a demo you can try.
