Where can I find this shirt (or one like it)?

I really don't know what you would call it - my best guess is "hooded henley", but searches for that return mostly girls shirts, and I'm assuming the shirt in question was designed for guys. As you can tell from the pictures, it is from a television show, but it's a few years old and was not very popular, so I'm having trouble finding the stylist(s) - I found one on IMDB, but I couldn't find a website or any contact information.
So, any ideas? Any help is much appreciated.

I tried on something very similar to that in Zara a few months ago.
