I just found out that my company will reimburse me for online as well as offline courses. Does anyone have any suggestions for sites/companies that provide web design/graphic design courses online?
My field is graphic/web design so I'm interested in learning about a bunch of different things (actionscript, advanced illustrator/photoshop, flash, etc.).
I like how lynda.com will give you access to basically, a library of short courses. However, I don't know if it would qualify as it's not really "one" course - also I don't know if it's worth the price.
Personally, I don't know if you could get a good value out of a traditional design course over the internet since the interaction between the student/prof/class is so important so I'm kind of assuming that the majority of stuff our there is more technical, but I'm fine with that - I need more program-central knowledge anyway.
Any ideas?

The lynda.com courses I've taken have been excellent. You can get a free day's subscription until November 8.
IWA-HWG courses come well recommended on various lists.

I agree lynda is the queen—a monthly subscription there has been my most basic training/reference resource ever since I went self-employed—and her catalog is so huge it's hard to imagine that you might need something else. But also I've gotten a lot from excellent (and quite different) courses on similar topics at:
Kelby Training
VTC
MacProVideo
Haven't tried, but worth checking out:
Total Training
Safari Books Online
