Help my boss put her life in photos into a gorgeous slideshow!

My boss has several hundred photos both in digital and printed format that she would like to be put into a professional digital music video/slideshow. She's not tech-savvy enough to do this herself and I don't particularly want to attempt it either. Are there any places that would provide this service?
She cares more about the quality of the result than the cost. One of her concerns is that some of her pictures may be of poorer quality; it would be ideal if the company offered touch-up services as well. Ideally, they would scan the printed photos, clean up the ones that needed cleaning up, combine them with the digital photos she picked, and set it all to music/transitions/fancy transitions/etc.

It sounds like Animoto would be perfect for what you're describing. I've used their paid service a few times and have been very happy with the results. Definitely check out their free version to get a feel for what they offer.
