Sources For Playground Grants?

I am involved in the design and construction of a six-classroom Head Start building in rural Oregon. While major northwest foundations are involved in funding the building itself, I now must find sources for grants to build the playgrounds. This may run in excess of 100k. Do any of you know of likely sources for such funds?
Here in Los Angeles, there's the Douglas Playground Award -- yes, that would be Kirk Douglas, and his wife Anne -- which gives $100,000 grants to build or renew playgrounds throughout the city. Maybe you could call them, explain your situation, and ask them if they know of an organization that does something similar in Oregon?

Maybe one of the agencies involved in Healthy Kids Oregon can be a source of money? One of the Governor's goals is to: Continue expanding school-based health centers.
