Carnival in Brazil... Extra Cash?

A few buddies and I are going down to Brazil for Carnival and I wanted to see if anyone had advice on bringing anything down to sell for a quick profit to make my trip more enjoyable. I was told that the markup down there for electronics bordered on highway robbery, but I don't know who to talk to or where to go to dump the goods. Any help would be appreciated. Any suggestions would be great or if you know anyone who needs an ipod, laptop, designer clothes or even a Playstation3 down there, let me know.

consider canon cameras and lenses. I know my buddy, who is a professional photographer down there, tends to come up here every now and then. I think he told me a while back the difference on buying the 1ds from here to there was close to 4k.
