Who is the main, errr, "actor" in the Solid Gold Chartbusters' video for I Wanna 1-2-1 With You?

Haven't seen the video, so I can't say for sure, but John Thomson was credited with doing the voice on the phone on the CD and he is mentioned as having been in the video. Have a look a this large email digest for some more clues.
