Pesonal Development Sites?

I want to compile a list of personal development and productivity sites. (Most are probably weblog-based, but that's not a requirement.) I'm looking for sites with real, practical information that you can use in your everyday life, sites that motivate you to be a better person, to try new things. Examples: 43 Folders, Steve Pavlina. Please point me to your favorites!

Here's a great blog:
Scott H. Young
Look for his series on "Patterns of Success."
It's all very good.

Scary, clairezulkey, I think that blog - posted at the exact same time - means jdroth should probably make a quick visit. Something definitely worthwhile is waiting.

Response by poster: Oh good grief. I typed "pesonal development sites" in as a title and "personal devloment" as a tag. My spelling and typing are abysmal lately.

More please!

Manager Tools is aimed at people who have staff reporting to them, but the producers are brilliant and have a lot of wisdom—in the form of real, practical information—for anyone who's interested in being as effective as possible.
