What theme is this?

Can anyone tell me what Windows XP theme this is and where I can get it?

I have two examples of what I am talking about: here and here.

This theme looks similar to the standard Windows XP theme, but more Aquafied and generally much better. I'm not really sure how to search for themes without the name, so I was hoping one of you knew what this is called and where I can get it.

Best answer: It's Royale. I run it on my XP machine and it looks and works great. It came out with XP Media Center Edition and an enterprising hacker managed to package it up for regular XP.

Response by poster: No, I think zsazsa got it right. The first screenshot I posted is in fact a screen of IE7 Beta 1, but the second example is from a while ago and is most definitely running on XP (the shot is of the new Firefox preferences window.)

I downloaded and installed the Royale theme, and it is exactly what I was looking for.

Golly this is gorgeous. I wish I could find other themes like this one that were: 1) free of viruses, 2) available on a site for download that didn't include viruses, spyware, or porn banners, 3) not some 13-year-old's idea of what looks cool (i.e. some copy/paste of matrix and anime icons splashed across an all-black screen).

It looks like Microsoft has officially packaged the theme up here. It also comes with New Zealand-themed desktop backgrounds, including a somewhat strange one with cartoon Corgis!
