Have Cape Cod Sour Cream and Chives potato chips been discontinued?

I'm was a big fan of Cape Cod Sour Cream and Chives potato chips. I haven't been able to find them around here in at least a year, maybe two. Here is Southern CT BTW. Why would Cape Cod Potato Chips discontinue their best flavor?

You could ask them.

It's not listed on their product page. Shame, those were good.

Here in Hartford they had the sour cream a few months ago (although knowing our school the chips could have been two years old)

Don't a lot of chip brands have that flavor? That could be why.

And once, I had a bag of Crab Cake potato chips. Weird, but so good.

Response by poster: Not a lot of brands have sour cream and chives, and yea sour cream and onion is common but usually badly done. Cape Cod's was real real good.

I used to bring back Tims cascade chips from Seattle, until someone told me they tasted exactly like Cape Cod, and so they did. Or close enough, and they're sold here.

Tims makes the more typical Sour Cream & Onion, and a chive is in the onion family anyway.

And of course there's a difference between nomad's favorite flavor and the ones that sell well (and thus justify their continued production).
