How can I hack my J2ME/Symbian phone?

What are some ways to "hack" my J2ME/Symbian phone?
I'm specifically interested in adding additional language support, and dealing with java.lang.SecurityException

I have a SonyEricsson z310a.

I have no interest in unlocking the phone (I believe it's unlocked anyway) or doing anything that would violate terms of service. All I'm interested in:
  1. I would like to add Arabic language support, if at all possible.
  2. I'd also like to get some J2ME apps working which currently report "java.lang.SecurityException". One of them is MiniPauker. I found instructions here but these are for a phone where the memory can easily be browsed using a computer. I can't figure out how to deal with security issues on my phone, though.
  3. More general tips, such as productivity app recommendations, are also welcome.
Also: I've heard there are some apps out there for Windows which can hack J2ME phones. However, all I have is a MacBook with Bluetooth.
