is that Udo Kier In Bruges?

Does Udo Kier play a character called Yuri in the film In Bruges?
I went to see this film a few days ago. It was quite good, but something puzzled me.
There's a character who looks very much like Udo Kier (he played Yuri in the videogame Red Alert 2). He's credited as 'Eric Godon,' but I reckon it's actually Udo Kier.
I was wondering if anyone out there had also seen In Bruges, and do you have any theories about whether or not it is Udo Kier playing the character called Yuri?

Well, thanks for the prompt answer. They have similar accents and the name of the character 'Yuri' seemed like an in-joke that it was Udo Kier. I believe that they're seperate people, though.
As for conspiracies, I don't see them everywhere (and there are hypnotists who say that it's possible to hypnotise someone against their will, but it's probably best if I save that sort of comment for the other threads).
