What logo or brand does this shirt parody?
Yes, very similar to Heinekens caps, although the background behind the star and words are inverse.

Ah, of course! I knew my preference for domestic microbrew would come back to haunt me someday.
Ufez: the white version of the t-shirt more closely resembles the Heineken caps. The colour inversion must've been done so the logo would contrast more on the dark green background.
