Where can I read Michel Houellebecq's notorious September 2001 Lire interview in English?

I've found a number of articles reporting its aftermath -- Houellebecq's 2002 trial for inciting religious and racial hatred -- and while all contain many translated quotes from the interview (e.g., most famously, the title of this post), a complete translation isn't forthcoming. I haven't been able to find the exact date of publication, only the month and year. Bonus points for an English-language transcript of the trial. Thanks!

My Google-fu is failing me, but here is the original in French, and here is Google's machine translation of it into English.

Response by poster: Thanks, whir. That machine translation has a surprisingly large number of coherent moments.
