Where do you buy/sell "used" scientific equipment online?

A friend of mine is trying to sell a piece of scientific equipment online (a UVB sensor and radiometer that is brand new but not returnable; over $2000 retail). Other than eBay, craigslist, or some random Google result, can anyone vouch for a website people use to buy and sell stuff like this?

Speaking as a buyer, you could try LabX (like strangelove said) or Used-Line.
However, I still think eBay will get you the greatest exposure. Tell your friend to document as much as he can in his ad, include photos of the unit in operation if possible, with pics of manuals, warranties and packaging.
I'd advise to be as technically descriptive as possible. A lot eBay ads for used lab equipment are from people who have a vague idea of what they have since it most likely came to them via an auction lot.
By being familiar with the product and technically knowledgeable, it will allay any fears a perspective buyer might have about buying an expensive piece of equipment over eBay and he'll get a leg up on anyone else who is selling similar items but has no clue on the specs or condition of the items they're selling.
