Help me make two videos into one.

A client wants to make/edit a video that displays two distinct videos side by side. He needs to synchronize frames between the two videos and add captions. What Windows software would accomplish this? He's working in Windows Movie Maker right now, if that matters.

Not sure about Windows Movie Maker but he might have better luck finding someone who does video as a hobby and asking them for help. Anyone with Final Cut can probably do that in their sleep and if they are short videos might do it just to be nice.

Adobe Premiere Elements or Ulead Video Studio could do this easily. They both run about $90.
