Never seen it. Freaky. Looks like the person on the right is holding a mask up to his/her face. Person on the left just had something dumped on her(?) head. Guy in the middle is mocking the spilled-on person.

Who knows? Maybe it's just a snapshot from a frat party or something.

just to describe it, the girl is naked. And that nasty head has a naked body to go with it. Based on memory, I don't think it can be a human body, no matter how distorted one can get, hence the idea of this whole thing being from a movie.
