In America we call it a sandwich. Some cheap hamburger with tomato, lettuce, onions, pickle, on a sesame seed bun. Looks greasy!

sourwookie, didn't you even watch the video you linked? The gentleman in question clearly states (at about 1:05) that what he is eating is "a mess."
Oh, actually the woman (his daughter?) says later in the video (about 5:00) "You're just sitting on the floor eating a Wendy's." So I guess it's a Wendy's Mess. Thinking of pitching an ad campaign?
