Obscure 80s lyric/band search: "Feel me now"
I've got this new wave song in my head, and I can't find the lyrics or the band name on Google or Discogs. I heard it on KROQ in the mid-80s. I think the song is called "Feel Me Now". The lyrics I recall, sung by a man in the style of Sisters of Mercy baritone, are:
Feel me now
Feel the pain
Feel the strain
Take the blame
Before a word was spoken
My heart was broken
I'll post more lyrics if I can think of them. Thanks for any effort you put into helping me.

Btw the wiki article doesn't mention it but the song was also released on an LP called, The London Sampler released by London Records. That's how I first heard the song.
Here are the lyrics more or less:
Feel me now
Feel the pain
Take the blame
Feel the strain
Before a word was spoken
My heart was broken
Feel me now
Feel the pain
Take the blame
Feel me now
Feel the pain
Take the blame
Feel the same
Before a word was spoken
My heart was broken
Feel me now
Feel the pain
Take the blame
Feel me now
Feel the pain
Wait a minute
Stop! Stop!
Here comes a love song
There goes the banister!
Feel me now (x2)
Find a plate glass window waiting for you
And you and you
ohhh
Feel me now (x2)
Wait a minute
I'm going to start again
One! Two! Three! Four!
Put your hands in the pocket
The pocket of a friend
What do you feel?
Tell me now
Before a word was spoken
My heart was broken
Wont you feel me now?
Wont you feel the pain?
Here comes a love song
There goes a banister (repeated 'til the song fades)

put your hands in the pocket
the pocket of a friend
what do you feel?
tell me now ...
It's Blancmange
So that's what I felt in my friend's pocket - I thought it was jello.

There was a live version of this track, which is mostly how I remember it. I wonder if it was a b-side on the 12-inch or something. Possibly a KROQ exclusive.
