Where can I find a good RSVP reader for speed reading?

Where can I find good Rapid Serial Visual Presentation (RSVP) software? I'd love to have this on my phone to read mobile web articles or PDFs. Also, being able to read text on my Macbook Pro would be nice too.

I've had good success reading web articles quickly using RSVP (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rapid_Serial_Visual_Presentation), which blinks words in order on a single location on-screen. You can read entire papers just staring at one spot and waiting for the words to blink quickly on screen. I've specifically used the RSVP Reader Firefox extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/addon.php?id=2149), in which you highlight and press GO, and then you see the highlighted text read.

However, I'd like to be able to read PDFs on my desktop, and stuff on my phone using this technique.

Phone:
I have a Samsung A707 SYNC phone (Cingular), which is Java (J2ME) enabled and saw BuddyBuzz (http://www.buddybuzz.net/), but that download appears to be broken (http://get.buddybuzz.net/). I'd love to be able to read PDF and web using RSVP.

Laptop:
I have a Macbook Pro, and would love to be able to highlight arbitrary text and RSVP read it.
