You could try BookCrossing. It's geared toward people who want to swap books, but a lot of people just use it to keep track of their collection.

AllConsuming is pretty good, if you've got a blog.

MediaChest let's you add books as well as other media and trade with others.

ReaderWare isn't online but it tracks books and works on the desktop or a palm pilot.
