Line drawing in MS Word

I need to make a hash marked box with offset dashes similar to this one linked inside using MS Word '03. How do I draw the line with the "chisel point?"

I have Word 2000, but it might work the same way: on the Format menu, click Borders and Shading, and then click the Border or Page Border tab, and scroll down - the diagonal lined border is one of the options in the Styles drop down menu. You can adjust the size and change the color/colors.
