Not sure if this is exactly what you mean, but there are a number of blogs that have been collected in a book, the humbly titled: "The Very Best Weblog Writing Ever"

At Last There is Nothing Left to Say by Canadian musician Matthew Good, a printed version of his "manifestos" from the late 90s (which may predate the word "blog", not sure).
