What is the UK equivalent of Kinko's? Is there anywhere like it near Manchester?
Depending on what Kinko's-esque function you need, there are several Mail Boxes Etc. and Prontaprints in/around Manchester.

I was also going to say Kall Kwik - there is one in Manchester. We used them (not the Manchester one) to produce wedding invitations, place cards and things and have also used them for some poster printing. They seemed to be decent, but this was not really pro level stuff - we didn't do Pantone calibration on our side so I can't really comment on the quality of color reproduction.

Most Staples stores have photocopying facilities for a reasonable price, and should be pretty common.
