Where to find yearly preseason NCAA football rankings?

Is their a website that lists historical preseason NCAA football rankings? I have no problems finding year-end rankings and national champions but nothing regarding preseason rankings year-to-year.

This page has preseason rankings going back to 1989, and ESPN's College Football Rankings page has preseason rankings going back to 2002.

This page has week-by-week AP Polls going back to 1936; it looks like the preseason poll started in 1950.
