identify this 1990s American mail order catalog

I'm trying to identify the name of an American mail order catalog from the 1990s that sold primarily tchotchkes, personalized clothing, and as-seen-on-TV items.
I remember the sales catalog was relatively small, maybe 5x8 ?
i think the name was 2 words but not 100% sure on that.
It was not high brow (not williams-sonoma, Neiman Marcus, sharper image) and did not have any stores; it was catalog only.
Sales Items primarily consisted of clothing that was nearly always personalized/initialized, kitchen gadgets, garden tools, and "nice to have things" like heated seat covers for your car, etc.

I think it was yellow and the name started with an F. If it’s the one I am thinking of.
EDIT: Right after I posted I found the name on Reddit, Fingerhut.

Sounds like Lillian Vernon. The current website is much more high end than the old catalog was. The old catalog had things like elastic mixing bowl covers and magnetic window shades and decorative metal squirrels.

Miles Kimball had all that stuff, but it was magazine-sized.

the harriet Carter name rang a bell, after viewing some covers online, that's definitely what I was thinking of and remember reading back then; thanks everyone for the responses
