Here are a couple youtube videos where the host does a relaxed and friendly "here is a food. we will explore it now. now i am eating it. i could also eat it like this. it tastes good. i have eaten the food." Please share with me more videos like this, like a mr. rogers 101 for non-adventurous eaters. Any foods/cuisines, all ages.
Chef John at Food Wishes! -- peculiar rhythm but a heart of gold: Fish-cakes-- spag-garlic -- etc.

Have you watched Anthony Bourdain's shows? Interesting, informative, entertaining.

It's a little bit adjacent but I feel like both @cookingforlevi and @karissadumbacher on insta are good for this. Cooking for Levi features a tiny tiny child eating the incredible fancy food his chef father prepares for him. Karissa is a prototypical young, pretty, white, American girl who goes all over the world, eats all the things, reviews them, and enjoys nearly everything she tries in a very enthusiastic American way that is charming.

Beryl Shereshewsky has made something of a career out of trying versions of foods from all over. She interacts with her followers from all over the world and tries their recipes at home and is genuinely enthusiastic and excited to learn how different people use ingredients or view meals. I like her series on toast, it’s a great window for learning just enough to really intrigue a casual viewer about so many places you might otherwise lump in with somewhere else. She is more relaxed than Emmy usually is.
Tasting History with Max Miller is a lot more in depth and detailed than what you’re asking for, but I wanted to link him anyway. He is jovial and straightforward about how things ultimately taste. He seems to straddle the line of not taking himself too seriously while taking the food seriously enough.
