Cooking for one snooty woman

I’m looking for more resources like Jacques Pepin’s TikTok : simple, classic, filling meals for one person using mostly fresh ingredients. Or, bougie cooking for one.

There seems to be a heavy reliance on the le creuset mini cocette, which is exactly the sort of shit I’m looking for.

Analogue, but you might enjoy the book Solo Food by Janneke Vreugdenhil. The recipes are easy to follow, fresh and a little decadent. The 'solo treats' section includes things like steak frites and oysters with champagne.
