Searching for a fixed-length curtain rod

Hello, as the title says, I’m looking for a one piece curtain rod that is not adjustable in length. So far I have turned up nothing. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I’m in the United States and I’ve searched Amazon for fixed length curtain rod and one piece curtain rod. Thank you!
You could try using 3/4 or 1 inch copper plumbing pipe from the hardware store- they can cut to length for you. It actually looks beautiful.

I'm assuming you're not looking for a standard length or you wouldn't need AskMetafilter to help you find it. For situations like this, etsy is pretty much your best resource. Try looking for shops that offer the sort of thing you want and message them about what you're looking for. Most etsy sellers IME are willing to customize their pieces at no extra charge since everything is made to order. I've gotten some wonderful perfectly-sized things that way.

Best answer: I used the term "non-adjustable" and turned up some results (link is to the results Google gave me so I don't know what they'll show you sadly since Google is totally broken). "Home Despot" as my mom call it has some and if you read the product description at that link they use the term "non-telescoping" so that might turn up more results. Good luck!

Similar to what nouvelle-personne suggested, I made my own curtain rods from electrical conduit and they look great. I painted them and added rubber chair leg tips to the ends.

I had a similar situation, but my situation required an eight foot one that could hold heavy, heavy curtains.
So I got one of these for it. Actually I got two, one is for the curtains and the other is for a cosplay I am slowly working on of a FBI agent that does curtain rods.

At least one magic word is "finial", which is the name of the things that go on the end of curtain rods. Without those it's just a pole that you can buy at any hardware store.

Response by poster: It’s a standard window probably roughly 30 inches wide. Thank you for the suggestions. I will check them out.
