I’m looking for good visuals (animation, films, videos) that explain DNA/RNA double helix—can have narration or not.

Youtube? I assume you didn't provide much specificity in an effort to cast your net wide, but this question leaves out a lot of details that'd help improve your chances at finding something that works well for what you need. Like, how long does it need to be? What context is the animation going to be used in? (Super important if you plan on using it in a derivative work.) What things should the animation focus on? RNA transcription, I assume? Are there any specific characteristics the animation should have?

Anyway, this one looks pretty good, if you just want an answer.

The Howard Hughes Medical Institute Biointeractive program has great resources for introductory biology topics. Here's a search for DNA in their video resources. Here are a few that might work for you:
DNA Replication
Building Blocks of DNA
DNA Transcription

Response by poster: Thanks! I work in documentary film and I need to show the producers something that explains this process clearly so they can understand it to ask the right questions in interviews and so our writers can explain. Don’t need to be able to license or get permission.
