Seeking Employment Attorney in Nevada

Asking for a friend who is in Nevada and dealing with a boss who is possibly sexually harassing her. Looking for someone who hopefully works on a contingency basis or has low(er) fees since my friend is not flush with cash at the moment but really needs someone professional in her corner. Boss is well connected and my friend is not.

Best answer: The Piccolo Law Firm (fees FAQ w/contingency)
Panish, Shea, Boyle & Ravipudi (works on contingency)
Allred, Maroko & Goldberg (yes, that Allred; firm based in CA and NY; consultations, referrals for NV)

Nevada Legal Services has pro-bono and reduced-fee contacts, to discuss the matter and help with filing with NEATS (or via the form), the Nevada Equal Rights Commission (fact sheet) or the EEOC (fact sheet) (Las Vegas office). ["Currently, NERC and the EEOC have a work-sharing agreement that provides a “dual” filing system."] Other pro-bono Nevada legal organizations, if your friend qualifies for services; otherwise, State Bar referral service ("If you are referred to an attorney through the lawyer referral service the attorney will provide you with a half-hour consultation for $45").

If applicable in your friend's situation, news to know: "On May 17, 2023, the Las Vegas Township Justice Court issued Administrative Order (AO) 23-04, establishing a Resort Corridor Court. The court consists of a single department that is assigned a docket of all criminal cases where the alleged offense was committed within the Resort Corridor."
