Is there any service that will print an arbitrary image on a reasonable quality tshirt or hoodie, at a unit of 1 (one) that ships reasonably rapidly to Canada?
I have an image (2558 x 495 pixels) that I want to print on a tshirt or something. It may be subject to copyright (A. Milne Pooh). So, that.
Fast delivery to Canada is also an important priority.
Willing to go up to $100 USD. Hoping sub-$50, all in.

Lots of home craft people do that. Check out your local city Facebook group or marketplace. I did similar with a photo for $30.

Local print shops may also print t-shirts.

Redbubble and Society6 both offer this service, ship quickly to Canada, and are considerably under your price range. Print quality for both is excellent. The design layout interface is very user friendly.

When I've needed this in the past, I found a shirt shop here in town which took a JPEG I made and printed it on a t-shirt in a matter of hours, using much higher quality materials than I would have expected for as fast and cheap as it was.

Redbubble and Society6 are for original works. If you use copyrighted work on their services, expect to be banned from them. If that's okay with you, go ahead, I guess. But don't put RB shirts in the dryer, because the print won't survive the heat.
I'd go to a local print place, myself.

A friend of mine here in Toronto does exactly this! Great designer, been working in a local printshop for ages, will ship anywhere in Canada very quickly. Noirtees

Noirtees looks to have excellent equipment for doing small run stuff like this.
I just ended up doing a cheap hack due to timeframe and desire to apply it to a specific existing piece of clothing (got a multi photo printer from staples that was on sale for $50 and some transfer paper).
Not nearly as durable as getting it printed at someplace legit, but it achieved my purposes. Thanks all!

Wordans (https://www.wordans.ca/blog/whats-new/online-shop-news/earn-more-with-your-online-shop/) is in Canada -- I've picked up shirts from them in Montreal.
